Our custom home designer will work directly with your family on choosing everything from paint colors, to cabinetry, to flooring, and more! Every detail in your home will be selected to bring your dream home to life!
After you have added your personal touches to your design and your floor plan has been finalized, along with site costs have been estimated, we'll be able to give you an accurate cost on building your family's new home.
We'll draft up a final proposal based on everything we've discussed and submit the final "cost to build" to the lending institution that you've selected for approval.
Once a lender has approved loan and paper work at the title company has been completed, then the blueprints are sent to the city for approval and permits. This takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
While the plans and permits are under review, we'll work closely with your family on finalizing all design selections and securing the required materials.
After city issues building permit, and your selections have been finalized, you will meet with one of our company representatives and the construction manager to review construction plans, specifications, go over the construction process, and to tour the building site.
We start construction on your family's new home! You'll be periodically kept in the loop as to which phase of construction is underway, and which phase is next. Your family will truely enjoy visiting your future home to view how it's coming along!
After the building process has completed, our construction manager will schedule a time to visit with your family and do a final walk-through of your future home. This is your opportunitiy to review the attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship, that went into your new home!
Our warranty specialist will spend time explaining all of the features of your new home, as well as the limited warranty. When you move into your new home, it will definitely feel like the home of your dreams! We believe that this is a long-term relationship and our dedication does not end the day you move in.
